Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

All of our products are handmade with love, which means each piece is unique and often made in small batches or one-of-a-kind. Because of this, we don’t offer refunds once an item has been shipped. But hey, we want you to really love what you ordered! If something’s off, just reach out within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll review your request.

Damaged or Lost Items: We pack our pieces carefully, but we know that shipping can sometimes be rough. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away with pictures of the packaging, the box, and the damaged item. This helps us sort out any claims with the carrier quickly.

Custom, Made-to-Order, & Sale Items: Custom pieces, made-to-order items, and sale items are all final sale and cannot be returned. Once it’s yours, it’s yours!

Returns Process: If you need to discuss a return, reach out to us at faithmcfetzerart@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. We’ll guide you through the process if a return is possible.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll confirm its arrival and let you know whether the refund is approved. If everything checks out, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: Still waiting on a refund? Here's what to do:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Reach out to your credit card company (it can sometimes take a bit for the refund to show up).
  3. Contact your bank—they can sometimes take longer to process refunds.

If you've done all of that and still haven’t received your refund, hit us up at faithmcfetzerart@gmail.com, and we’ll figure it out.

Exchanges (if applicable): We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If that’s the case, just email us at faithmcfetzerart@gmail.com, and we’ll help you with the exchange process.

Gifts: If you were gifted an item and it was shipped directly to you, you’ll get a gift credit for the return amount. Once we get the item back, you’ll get a gift certificate for that value.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if it was shipped to the gift-giver first, we’ll process the return to the gift-giver’s payment method.

Shipping: For returns, you’ll be responsible for covering the shipping costs. Shipping fees aren’t refundable, and if we do issue a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total.

If you’re doing an exchange, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, just in case. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive a returned item and aren’t responsible for anything lost in the mail.
