Shipping policy

We currently only ship within the United States.

Pieces are shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving the order.

Once shipped, you will receive a shipping & tracking notification. While we try to get products out quickly, if there are delays in shipping after the package has been dropped off to the carrier, it is beyond our control.

Pieces are packed with care to help prevent damage during shipping. Due to the nature of ceramics, things may break in shipping. If this occurs, please contact us with photos and description of the damage immediately upon shipment arrival so we can do our best to resolve the issue.
